Each answer carries a weight. Positive weights raise the candidate-fit score; a weight of -999 marks a safety flag that routes straight to the lowest result tier.
Tiers fire by minimum score, checked highest first. Routes fire only when the score clears the top tier, matching against the patient’s first answer.
